Sheffield Mencap and Gateway works to improve the quality of life for people with learning disabilities and their families in Sheffield.

For their ‘Reflections on the Pandemic’ project, they provided opportunities for members to produce personal memorial works to reflect on their experiences of the pandemic, through sessions in Creative Writing, Drama, Digital Media, Painting and Sculpture. The memorial pieces created then formed the basis of an exhibition, opened on 23rd March at Sheffield Mencap and Gateway.
