Burton Street Foundation
Hillsborough
Burton Street Foundation ran a range of group-based sessions for their clients (adults and children with learning and physical disabilities) using art and discussion to explore what life was like during the pandemic - how it changed them, how they adapted, and their hopes for the future.
Collective artwork from these sessions was captured in small displays at Western Park Museum (featuring client accounts) and the Graves Gallery (featuring staff accounts). These contributions were added to and then moved to Burton Street where they formed part of a week-long open exhibition for clients, parents, carers, staff and community visitors.
