Acres Hill Community Primary School developed a storytelling space within the school grounds as a memorial to the school community’s Covid-19 experiences. The storytelling space is in a location where it can be used by pupils as an integral part of the school’s curriculum as well as by parents/carers during events organised by the school.

The space is focused around a piece of art, created by the children in collaboration with a professional artist. Seating has also been designed to complement the piece of art, which can accommodate a class of 30 children for storytelling sessions.
