Apply for a Covid-19 Community Memorial Grant

Sheffield City Council and Compassionate Sheffield are pleased to launch the Covid-19 Community Memorial Fund.

Community groups and organisations are encouraged to apply for grants of up to £2,000 to come together, reflect and collectively heal from the pandemic.

Everybody has experienced the pandemic in different ways.

Your organisation or group may want to put on an event, create a film or online project, a piece of artwork, or a space for loved ones to be named, whatever works best for you.

Applications are open until midday on Monday 22nd August.

Please help make Sheffield’s memorial activity representative and collectively owned by its communities, especially those hit hardest by the pandemic.
