Sheffield Voices is Disability Sheffield’s learning disability and autism self-advocacy group. 

For this project, Sheffield Voices held a ‘We Speak You Listen’ event where around 80 people with a learning disability gathered together, engaging in drama with several drama experts and telling stories about their experiences of Covid and lockdown. The event was held on the same day as Red Nose Day 2023 so the group also decided to tie it into Comic Relief’s annual campaign theme.
